I would like to invite you to immerse yourself in this beautiful mountain setting of Monchique, in Portugal’s Algarve. This eco-conscious retreat is surrounded by thousands of hectares of natural woodland, with wild open spaces and breathtaking landscapes offering the perfect place to detoxify the mind, body and spirit.

Calming and serene spaces, with en-suite bedrooms, many with balconies, allows you to take in the tranquility of the mountains with views of the coastline in the distance.

A small infinity pool with water that flows in from the mountain springs, is ideal for cooling off in the heat of a sunny day.

Delicious and nutritious meals are built around what their organic vegetable garden has to offer, so you can experience the essence of farm to table vegetarian cooking, including organic eggs, delicious home-made juices and water from the mountain spring.

Everything is in place here to complement this five night/six day retreat. Opening transformational pathways allows us to recognise inherent feminine wisdom that provides building blocks of self-awareness to enable growth, creativity, joy and new beginnings, to allow whatever is waiting to emerge.

Time to explore together, alongside free time to enjoy scenic walks or quiet reflection by the pool, plus a half day trip to one of the many beautiful and quieter beaches on the Western Algarve.

Five nights and six days accommodation, all meals, transfers to/from airport on retreat dates, yoga sessions, ear acupuncture, meditations, powerful drumming and energy clearing ritual, half day excursion to the beach, plus a daily sharing of knowledge and guidance to help open transformational pathways.
